Built by Jewelers,
for Jewelers
We didn't set out to build a casting company. We set out to build the one we wished existed — precise, transparent, and uncompromising.
From Workshop Floor to Production Facility
Knox was born out of frustration. As working jewelers, we spent years sending pieces to casting houses that overpromised and underdelivered — inconsistent surfaces, missed deadlines, zero communication once a job left our hands.
So we built our own. What started as a single casting setup in Miami has grown into the highest-capacity print and cast operation in the southeastern United States. But growth never changed the principle: every piece is handled as if it were our own.
Today, Knox serves designers, independent brands, and established houses who refuse to compromise on quality. We operate a closed-loop facility — your file, your print, your flask, your casting — managed by the same team from intake to delivery.
Principles, Not Promises
Three convictions that shape every decision we make.
Precision Over Volume
We don't batch your work with unrelated jobs. Every flask is managed individually, every pour controlled to spec. The result: surfaces and detail that volume houses cannot reproduce.
Transparency by Default
You should never wonder where your order stands. Real-time tracking, direct communication, no black boxes. From the moment you submit to the moment we ship — you see everything.
Accountability End-to-End
No outsourcing, no third-party handoffs. If something doesn't meet standard, we own it and make it right. One team, one facility, one point of responsibility.
We use the finest casting grain in the industry — delivering superior properties for setting, polishing, and long-term wearability.
How We Got Here
Key moments that shaped Knox into what it is today.
Founded in Miami
Knox launches as a casting operation built by jewelers who were tired of compromising on quality with existing vendors. First facility opens in Miami.
3D Printing Integration
Added dedicated 3D printing systems — plastic resin for prototyping and high-resolution wax for direct casting. Full digital-to-metal pipeline established.
Capacity Expansion
Expanded to become the highest-capacity print and cast operation in the southeastern US. Hired dedicated production and QC teams to maintain studio-level attention at scale.
Client Portal Launch
Launched our digital client portal — allowing clients to submit orders, upload STL files, and track production status in real time. The black-box era ends.
25-Micron Resolution Standard
Upgraded all print systems to 25-micron layer resolution as standard — delivering unmatched surface quality on every wax and resin output.
